Please understand that our focus is to first help our local area near Wayland, MI and/or Allegan County before we reach the needs of surrounding areas. We have made this choice as this area has very little options and support cats then the other areas with multiple resources. There is no guarantee that we have room for your request or be able to help. We do the best we can but will not over crowd our rescue and compromise the health and care of the cats already in our care. Please reach out to all rescues in your area and ask for assistance.
We understand finding help can be extremely frustrating. There is an overpopulation of cats in our area and not enough resources. In the state of Michigan the law is you feed it you own it. Be responsible when you feed stray cats to also spay and neuter them like any responsible pet owner should.
